How to figure out what you really want using "High, Low, Buffalo"

⬆ ⬇ 🐃 Have you ever played the conversation starter game called "High, Low, Buffalo"? It's used to review your day with your friends or family over dinner -- what's some thing great that happened today (high), something not so great (low) and then a...buffalo?! What's the buffalo? The buffalo is something that caught your attention but you may not yet be clear on its significance. Like a buffalo, it's wandering around the range and it's rare. (To be precise, in North America this range wandering animal would be a bison but that doesn't rhyme 😉.)

Once you have identified a buffalo, follow it! This is your intuition and it's going to lead you to what you really, really want. Not what you think you should want or what someone else wants but what YOU want -- maybe it's something small that will make a big change in your life or maybe it's something big like finding your purpose but if you don't follow it, you won't find out.
